Providing support to women over 35 who wish to continue their education and expand their horizons
We are committed to investing in women over 35 who wish to further their education and gain the skills and tools needed to develop an enterprise or obtain a job. Our first scholarship recipient is Lillian Marule, who registered in January 2018 to participating in the Level 4 Course for Pre-school and Early Childhood Development at Unathi College in Thulamahashe. This will prepare her for a job as a teacher at a creche, pre-school or Grade R class. Lillian is a magnet for young children and is passionate about early childhood education, as we have seen since we met her when she volunteered at Ekhurhuleni Centre for Orphans and Vulnerable Children and when she ran her own daycare centre.
